MAÏA CHOCOLATES is a UK-based business creating handcrafted chocolate and confectionery products. Our kitchen is located in Brentwood, Essex.

2. Orders & Payments

· All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

· Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.

· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock limitations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

· We currently ship within the UK only.

· Standard dispatch times are 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's), processing times may be longer.

· We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect or damaged goods), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maia.chocolates@outlook.com.

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we do our best to clearly list ingredients and allergens, please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that handles:
